-Manage your workflow without procrastinating 
-Draw mind-maps and visualize your plans

-Set boundaries and protect yourself from distractions
-Be aware of thoughts and cognitive patterns which block your work flow 
-Swift to inner control and gain more power over your habits
-Be present and avoid ineffective multi-tasking 
ACT 
-Translate your goals into actions
-Communicate your goals and needs concerning time organizing 
-Influence your environment, take responsibilities 
-Develop proactive behavior, diminish reactive thoughts and actions 

Stress Management: Preventing a burnout

You will learn how to: 

SELF-REFLECT 
-Recognise when a stress reaction is about to initiate 
-Understand the mental path that stress follows in your system 
-Be aware of the physical reactions which accompany the stress reaction 
-Find your psychological approach towards change and risk 
-Recognise the thinking patterns that lead to stress 

HANDLE STRESS 
-Stop the vicious circle of pressure and stress reaction 
-Change the stressful cognitive patterns to realistic estimations 
-Develop support system 
-Keep journals and track behaviors and habits 
-Relaxing with the help of breathing and mindfulness ​
