-learn how to pay attention to your emotional needs
-learn how to turn around the "no compassion for me, plenty for others"
-how to stop identifying yourself through others and own yourself
-learn how to not be afraid to show people who you really are
-learn how to recognise all difficult and powerful emotions (anger, guilt, shame) and to express them in a healthy way
