A workgroup about Procrastination, Productivity and Time Management

​If you are struggling with Procrastination, Time Management, Anxiety and being Productive, then this is your group! 
We come together to work on a series of exercises, techniques, and tools that can be easily applied to maximize productivity and success in your life.

In this workgroup, you will: 
-learn strategies how to create new habits so that you can easily achieve your TRUE potential
-find out the real reason why you procrastinate and sabotage yourself from taking decisions 
-realise how motivation is helping you (or not) reach your goals 
-learn how to deal with fear of failure but also fear of success
-learn how to re-wire your brain into more productive patterns 
-learn how to focus and get some productive and deep work in less time 
-learn about how the brain stops you from making smart moves and gets you stuck into old habits 
-learn to strategically organise your time and your schedule
