Grief: coping with Loss and finding Meaning

A workshop for those who grieve

The process of Grief.

Grieving process resembles to a roller coaster, full of ups and downs, highs and lows. Like many roller coasters, the ride tends to be rougher in the beginning, the lows may be deeper and longer. The difficult periods may become less intense and shorter as time goes by, but grieving is a process and it takes time to work through it.
“Be the things you loved most about the people who are gone.”

This workshop will give a new meaning to the loss.

This workshop is different from any other workshop so far. We offer a safe space for sharing experiences and feelings regarding loss. We will go through the difficulties but most importantly through the “why’s” that everyone carries with them after the loss of a loved one.
  • Why did that happen to me?
  • Who am I after the death of a person that I love?
  • How can I give meaning to death?
  • How can I move on and at the same time keep the memories well-preserved?
Feelings can be overwhelming and difficult to regulate, but grief is a natural process which needs time to finish its circle.
We stand right by your side.
