Karen Cristine Vieira I am a Brazilian psychologist, fascinated by the complexity of the human mind and always interested in discovering more. My major interests are in loneliness and handling grief and losses. Seeing my patients finding their inner tools and gaining strength to deal with their problems continuously motivates me to study more about psychology. I enjoy searching for answers, organizing thoughts and analyzing situations. At the moment, I am volunteering in a research on Loneliness.
Riddhi Ravishekar I come from India, a land with population of over a billion, with diverse cuisines, cultures and personalities. I left the bustling, busy streets of Mumbai in June 2016 to come to The Hague which is a melting pot of world culture. I graduated in India with a Masters degree in Management Studies with a specialization in Human Resources in 2015 and then worked briefly as an Associate in an Executive Search firm before my move to the Netherlands. The firm specialized in recruitment of senior management talent across various industries and functions. I worked with several startups and multinationals in the field of IT, Telecommunications and e-commerce. While looking out for opportunities here in my interested field of study-Human Resources, I decided to make better use of my time and skills and came across The Anti-Loneliness Project during a volunteering event. The mission and vision appealed to me and I am now glad to be a part of the team! I contribute with inputs relating to Branding and Marketing communication for this venture. It has been a pleasant journey so far and I look forward to many more years with Vassia & the team!
