A few words about me
Being a psychologist has been a life-long personal goal of mine. I believe that everyone deserves a safe space to work through their challenges or to explore different parts of themselves.
I have always been fascinated by the complexity of the human mind, as a result, my interest as a psychologist lies within all forms of distress that an individual can endure. I believe that there is a place for all individuals in this world and I work according to this view.
Thus far, I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) however like to use an integrative approach when it comes to working with clients. I believe that every client is unique, and therefore, treatment plans are tailored to each individual.
I like to use a humanistic approach and to incorporate methods from CBT, Schema therapy, existential therapy, and mindfulness.
