AntiLoneliness is a rapidly expanding psychology practice offering psychological support to expats and locals in Leiden and in The Hague. All psychologists who are working in our practice are passionate about helping individuals who are going through hard times in life in order to assist them in gaining inner peace and balance again. We have a warm, pleasant and professional atmosphere towards each other and our clients, and we prioritize kindness and connection over anything else. We specialize in mental health services for men and women of all ages, going through anxiety, depression, grief, relationship issues, loneliness, transition. We value highly integrative approaches regarding treatment.
We are looking for
We are looking for a highly-motivated psychologist, in order to take over new clients that request psychological support in our practice, with:
a university Master’s degree in Psychology
theoretical and practical knowledge of a wide range of personality dynamics
at least 3 years’ experience in counseling and therapy (optional)
experience with diagnostics, planning and implementing the diagnostic process
being trained in a specific therapeutic approach (preferably Schema Therapy, CBT, DBT, EFT)
experience in grief counseling and relationship counseling is a plus
experience with therapy/counseling in group settings
experience with expat clients
strong communication skills and a positive and proactive mindset
ability to write clear reports
fluency in English
fluency in Dutch (optional)
customer focus
team-playing skills
ability to plan and manage your agenda yourself
ability to participate to intervision meetings
ability to participate in supervision
openness to develop through continuing education
ability to make an active contribution to the development of AntiLoneliness as an institution in mental health care
enthusiasm and motivation
positive and proactive mindset
analytical planning and decision-making skills necessary to effectively make accurate and rapid judgments in critical situations
professionalism and respecting ethical code and confidentiality
