solving couple conflict

Is This You?

You find yourself arguing over small things - dishes, text replies, tone of voice - but deep down, you know it’s not really about that. You try to talk things through, but the same patterns keep showing up:

Overwhelmed by stress and daily life pressures
Struggling to release emotional baggage or past experiences that continue to resurface in your present life
Feeling disconnected from your body and emotions
Dealing with anxiety or emotional imbalances that hinder personal growth
  • 💥 Conflicts escalate quickly, or simmer under the surface until they explode.
  • 😔 You feel misunderstood, dismissed, or like you're having the same argument on repeat.
  • 🔁 You fall into roles—like fixer, avoider, critic, or peacemaker—that feel familiar but frustrating.
  • 🧳 Your partner’s reactions feel oddly familiar... like they echo something from your past.
  • 🧩 You sense that something deeper is going on, but you can’t quite name it—or change it.

Learn to look at conflict differently - not as something to avoid or win, but as a doorway into greater understanding, connection, and change.

A message from Alina

For years, I’ve helped individuals, couples, and families navigate the complexities of relationships (even when going through separation), guiding them toward clarity, confidence, and connection. But before becoming a therapist, I was also someone who struggled with the same questions many of my clients ask:

  • Why do I keep falling into the same unhealthy relationship patterns?
  • How can I set boundaries without feeling guilty or losing people I care about?
  • Is it possible to change the dynamic of a relationship without changing the other person?

Through my journey, combined with years of professional experience, I’ve discovered that understanding relationship patterns from a systemic perspective is the key to breaking free from cycles of frustration, resentment, and emotional exhaustion.

I am a Licensed Psychologist & Systemic Therapist specializing in relationship dynamics, family systems, and emotional well-being, and also a trainer, workshop facilitator, and therapist at AntiLoneliness, where I support people in navigating life’s challenges with resilience and self-awareness.

I hope you will join me for this workshop and learn more about how to navigate conflict in relationships!

Conflict is not a sign of failure but a signal.

In a couple, conflict can:

  • Reveal unmet needs
  • Expose deeper loyalties (e.g., to family of origin)
  • Surface hidden expectations and emotional wounds

After this workshop, you will understand:

✅ The role of conflict as a messenger, not a mistake

✅ What lies beneath recurring arguments

✅ How family histories and unconscious patterns shape couple dynamics

✅ Moving from reactivity or avoidance to curiosity and clarity

Ready to understand what your conflicts are really trying to tell you?

Join us for a deep dive into the patterns beneath the surface - and start transforming how you experience conflict in your relationship.
