About

My naturally curious and caring nature has led me to psychology. Everybody carries their own gold, unique light, and beautiful potential inside of them. Being a psychologist means, helping you rediscover that gold and reconnect with yourself, feeling safe and at home in your body and living in alignment with your true self.

Conditioning and life’s adverse experiences can get in the way of that—leading to acute, chronic, or traumatic stress - naturally resulting in protective barriers and patterns. These defences are designed to keep us safe but often inhibit us, leaving us trapped in survival mode, manifesting as anxiety, depression, burnout, or emotional shutdown.

Rumi’s words have always deeply resonated with me: “Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” These barriers, though well-intentioned, can hold us back, tying us to outdated beliefs about who we need to be and what we must do to belong or feel safe. You might sense a part of you longing to let go and live more freely and courageously, knowing there is so much more possible. Yet, another part of you might subconsciously hit the brakes, self-sabotage, keeping you anxious, tight, or drained.

Healing and living in alignment begins with creating enough warmth, support, and safety for these patterns to release their grip. It’s about gently guiding your system back into regulation and connection. In my practice, I use a trauma-sensitive and nervous system-informed integrative approach grounded in curiosity and compassion. Together, we’ll create a foundation of safety, resources, and skills to help you let go of unhelpful patterns, meet your aspired goals, and rediscover clarity, resilience, and alignment.

If you take this brave step, I’ll be right there with you.
