Explain your Anger, don't Express it

If you're nice to everybody, where does your anger go?
Picture

Why is anger perceived as an ugly and "negative" emotion?

Do you find yourself:
  • afraid of showing anger?
  • labeling yourself as a “bad person” for expressing anger?
  • unable to control your anger?
  • struggling to recognise and understand your anger?
  • using anger in order to avoid expressing other emotions?
  • hurting other people when expressing your anger?
  • feeling guilty and disconnected because of showing anger?

We don’t talk enough about anger.

Anger is so often perceived as an “ugly” and “bad” emotion aimed at hurting others, which can only be true if we do not know how to express it.
Feeling anger is perfectly normal: it is a perfectly valid, and often complex emotion.
What we can all benefit from is to learn not how to suppress or overexpress our anger, but instead learn how to express it in a safe and healthy way for everyone involved.

Anger is an integral part of healthy relationships.

I get why we are afraid of anger.
Anger is not an easy emotion to deal with, and our society makes so little space for it that many of us were robbed of the opportunity to navigate its power and complexity.
And I can understand how not knowing how to express your anger can negatively affect your relationships with others and yourself.
Luckily, you are in the right place!

I am here to help you change the way you see, understand and express your anger, but also learn how to forgive and deal with anger of others!

Your anger is valid. Your anger matters.

How would it feel to:
  • feel more calm in triggering situations?
  • understand where your anger comes from and what it is telling you?
  • lessen your fear of anger and accept it as a normal emotion?
  • be able to express your anger in a healthy way?
  • know what to do when you are angry?

It hurts me to see anyone struggle with expressing their emotions, and anger is no exception.
That is exactly why I am here to help you work on your anger:
Because you deserve to be in a happy, emotionally authentic life.

“Holding on to anger is like grasping a hot coal with the intent of throwing it at someone else; you are the one who gets burned.” – Buddha
