How much of a Perfectionist are you? (FREE GUIDE)

An extremely useful guide to help you understand not only whether you are a Perfectionist or not, but also to understand which side of it are you on: the Toxic or the Healthy one?

"Why do we need a guide for Perfectionism?" you may ask...

Picture
For two main reasons:
#1
The first one is to clarify what perfectionism is and what kind of behaviors define it.
In regards to admitting Perfectionism, I have met two kinds of people: those that they proudly admit that they are perfectionists, considering that this is a positive quality to have, and those who deny the fact that they are perfectionists, mainly because they don’t know exactly what this title means. So there is clearly a misunderstanding about what is and what is not perfectionism.

#2
And the second -and most important- reason is:
Because there is a high chance that you are paying a high price for being a perfectionist, and do you want to know what this high price can be?
It can be
your anxiety,
your depression,
your burnout,
your emotional eating,
your sleeping problems,
your relationship issues,
your procrastination,
your low productivity,
your almost zero work-life balance,
your loneliness,
your physical health,
your apathy, emptiness, disconnection and
no joy in life.

Isn’t this a high price to pay without knowing why and how we sabotage ourselves through perfectionism?

Perfectionism is not what you think.

So, I created this guide so that I can explain to you in more details what the main characteristics of a perfectionist are.

In your folder there are three videos and a checklist. While reading the checklist with the description of the 20 most important features of a Perfectionist, mark your answer in regards to how strong this perfectionistic characteristic is in you, how often you display that behavior, how prevalent that habit is in your life.

At the end of the guide and after you have watched all your videos you can do the calculations and see how much of a perfectionist you are.
Are you a severe case of Perfectionism -or as we call of Toxic Perfectionism- or are you a healthy Perfectionist?

The videos are short so it won’t take you more 15-20 minutes altogether in order to listen to them and fill in the checklist.

Are you curious to see how much of a perfectionist you are?
Let’s start!

With this guide you will get:

  • 3 videos on explaining what is (not) Perfectionism, why we need to change and how to start towards less toxic and more healthy perfectionism
  • A "Perfectionism" checklist including the descriptions of 20 features of a perfectionist
  • Life-time access to all the videos and the checklist
