How many of us have ended up in toxic, unhealthy relationships, without even knowing that we are in one?
Unfortunately, we don't learn anything about relationships at school, so we have to figure out everything by ourselves, and most of the time in the hard way: after we have been hurt, humiliated, rejected, betrayed, shamed.

What is a toxic relationship?
- Are there communication problems that end in explosions of anger and/or manipulation from your partner's side?
- Do you find yourself always waiting for tomorrow to be better, for love to come, for your partner to start treating you better, for the relationship to change?
- Even if you have a different opinion of how things should happen, do you notice that you more than often just surrender so that you can keep the peace?
- Are walking on eggshells for fear you will say or do the wrong thing?
