A few words about me
Psychology has always been my passion.
My personal journey to psychology started in my late 20s when I started my personal individual psychotherapy to get more self-awareness. I continued with group therapy and at the same time, I started my training as a group, couples and family therapist in a systemic approach.
I have been working with Greek and international clients for the last 5 years and I have supported them in their struggles when dealing with anxiety, depression, panic attacks, and cultural adjustment. Another area that I focus passionately on is couples and family therapy. Relationship issues, disconnection, conflict, communication issues are a common struggle for many couples and families, but for me it’s an excellent use of the tools I have acquired through my education in Systemic Therapy and other couples therapy approaches, like the powerful and transformational EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapy).
I work with couples to help them understand each other better and to build more fulfilling, and intimate relationships. Additionally, I work with parents, adolescents, and families to support them to enjoy a more peaceful and meaningful life.
And since I love working with groups and relationships, I am also facilitating in-person group therapy sessions in The Hague in order to help and support people who are struggling with anxiety, negative thinking, relationship issues, and loneliness and they are willing to join a group supportive environment to deal with their challenges.
Human beings are wired for connection and what I love doing is supporting my clients (individuals, families and couples) in relating with others in a healthy, kind and balanced way.
Let me help you switch from survival to thriving mode and be more self-conscious, self-loved, believe in yourself, and fulfil your own potential.
