What is Self-Sabotage
Self-Sabotage is a coping mechanism, an unconscious pattern or behavior, that is perceived as helpful or self-protective, however the reality is that it impedes our growth, it blocks our potential, and it makes our life anything else rather than fulfilling and meaningful.
Self-Sabotaging is so common.
We all sabotage ourselves in one way or another, but we are rarely fully aware of it. But once we do, we can free ourselves from our ever-repeating, self-sabotaging story.
