Grief Workshop: This was an intense meeting. We dealt with loss and sadness but we also saw the light at the end of the tunnel. 
Thank you everyone for your trust, it was an honor for me to be there and support you through this difficult time of your life.

Empower your relationship Workshop: Relationships are always difficult to deal with and we are all trying our bests! This is what we did this Sunday. We discussed how we can improve our communication patterns with our partner and we found constructive ways to make it work.

The Good Enough Parent Series Workshop: We expanded our psycho-educational workbook by adding parenthood to it. We were glad to see all these new parents being so motivated to improve themselves and build their life from scratch.
