Workshop: Defeating the Narcissist, moving on stronger.
Thank you all for eagerly participating in our first workshop of this year! All of you made a good start of stepping out of the toxic patterns and protecting yourselves. During our meeting, we learned some useful tools that will help you spot people with narcissistic characteristics as well as ways of setting boundaries in your relationships with them. Lastly, we shared many useful experiences which made everyone realize how important it is to keep making changes in order to improve our way of living.
